Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they are considered interchangeable and therefore refer to the same.

Trademarked Logos

The Customer assumes full responsibility for any and all uploaded logos and designs while using our Design Studio. If copyrighted materials are uploaded, the Customer takes full responsibility and releases Cheapest Print on Demand from all liabilities.

Shipping

Cheapest Print on Demand is not responsible for any shipping delays once the package has been shipped. It remains the Customer's responsibility to track the order and place it in a timely manner. Cheapest Print on Demand does not accept any liability related to shipping.

Cookies

We use cookies. By using the Cheapest Print on Demand website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Most modern interactive websites use cookies to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable functionality and ease of use for visitors. Issues with an Order

Customers must notify Cheapest Print on Demand of any complaints within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We will not replace or refund any items if more than 48 hours have passed.

DTF Printing Method Protection Clause

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent limitations of Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, including:

  • Material Compatibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring selected fabrics are suitable for DTF printing.
  • Design Limitations: Colors, details, and durability may vary.
  • Post-Production Handling: Following care instructions is necessary to maintain quality.
  • Print Quality Variations: Differences in ink absorption and heat application may occur.
  • Third-Party Materials: We are not liable for issues arising from customer-provided garments.

Uploaded Logos

Customers assume full responsibility for uploaded logos, including resolution, spelling errors, color accuracy, and other defects.

Content Liability

We have no liability for content appearing on your website. You agree to indemnify us against all claims arising from your website. No links may appear on pages with libelous, obscene, criminal, or rights-violating content.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and its use. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

  • Limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
  • Limit or exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

All sales are final. Once artwork is submitted and payment is processed, Cheapest Print on Demand is not obligated to cancel an order or issue a refund.
