🎨 What Are DTF Transfers?

🔥 How to Apply DTF Transfers

Whether you’ve got a heat press or just a household iron — here’s how to get a clean, durable finish:

🛠️ With a Heat Press (Best Results)

1. Preheat Your Press
Set to 300°F–310°F with medium to firm pressure.

2. Place the Transfer
Design facing down on the fabric, use heat tape if needed to hold transfer sheet in place. Cover with parchment or Teflon.

3. First Press
Press for 40 seconds.

4. Cool & Peel

 Let the film cool for 30 seconds to 1 minute before peeling — especially if your design includes fine details. Repress if needed.

5. Final Press
Cover again and press for another 40 seconds to seal and smooth the print.

🔥 Using a Household Iron

1. Heat It Up
Set to the hottest setting (cotton/linen). No steam.

2. Place the Design
Position the film and tape it if needed. Cover with parchment or a silicone sheet.

3. Press in Sections
Press firmly for 8–10 seconds per section. Don’t slide the iron — press and hold.

4. Peel & Press Again
Wait a few seconds, then peel. If parts lift, press again. Finish with a second press using parchment.

🧼 Garment Care Instructions

  • Wait 24 hours before first wash

  • Wash inside out, cold water, gentle cycle

  • Low heat in the dryer (or hang dry for best results)

  • Avoid harsh detergents or bleach
