⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE – SUBLIMATION PRINTING (PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING)

Sublimation printing is a lower-grade printing method compared to our premium DTF (Direct to Film) printing.

By selecting sublimation printing, you acknowledge and accept the following:

🔹 Print Quality & Appearance

  • Sublimation produces a significantly lighter, faded, and less vibrant print compared to DTF.

  • Colors may appear washed out, dull, or less saturated, especially on lighter fabrics.

  • Sublimation does NOT produce solid, bold, or opaque colors.

🔹 Fabric Limitations (VERY IMPORTANT)

  • Sublimation ONLY works on light-colored polyester garments.

  • It does NOT work properly on cotton, dark garments, or blended fabrics.

  • The print bonds into the fibers, meaning:

    • It may appear uneven depending on fabric texture

    • It may show fabric grain, stretch marks, or inconsistencies

🔹 Design Limitations

  • Fine details, small text, and sharp edges may appear blurred or less defined.

  • There is NO white ink in sublimation, so any white areas in your design will be transparent (showing garment color).

🔹 Expectation vs. Reality

  • The final result will NOT match digital mockups or screen colors.

  • Sublimation is intended for basic, low-cost printing only — not premium-quality output.

🚫 NO COMPLAINT / NO REFUND POLICY

By proceeding with sublimation printing, you fully acknowledge that:

  • You understand the limitations and lower quality of this method.

  • You accept that results may appear faded, less vibrant, or inconsistent.

  • Dissatisfaction based on quality, color, vibrancy, or appearance is NOT considered a defect.

  • Orders printed using sublimation are FINAL SALE and:

    • No refunds

    • No reprints

    • No exchanges
